Weight Loss.

Today, So far I ate Toast w/ Jelly for breakfast, Pretezel as a snack and a Walnut salad from McDonalds. I only had 10 free minutes to excercise (hopefully i'll have more time tomorrow).

TIP: Did you know like 3500 Calories is equal to 1lb.
